"Someone was supposed to order over a week ago and didn't. I had to order it a week ago. I ask about it Thursday and they didn't check the ABC warehouse, just some smart AZ answer. I asked to speak to the manager today and they didn't let me, but did enter the order manually. So it will likely be 4 days I haven't had my script."

"Not to happy with this place. The last two times I've came in, they had long lines. I had to ask the cashier if she could call someone to help her. While the shift manager walked around and the other clerk was sticking. I mean I shouldn't had to ask the cashier to call for help. The shift manager or the other clerk should jump up and help. I know the Walgreens in New Braunfels won't have lines with more than 2 customers. I figured it was with all Walgreens. Customer service should come first, and y'all should call for backup when y'all have more then 3 customers in line."
