She tried to see my vision of how I wanted it to look and created my beard masterpiece. She gave her opinion on shape and length and went with my decisions. "Showed up but they said no walk-ins so I made an appointment for an hour later. When I get back the only one cutting seems a bit nervous and after I get finished I can see why from the chop job she's done with my beard. It was lopsided and uneven in some spots so much so I just had to shave it off and start over. She did a good job on my hair, probably because it was just a little trim on the sides."
