"Worst service ever. My son's 1st attempt to get a haircut ended up waiting 3hrs only to get over looked on the paper list. But they would be glad to add him back to the bottom of the waiting list. 2nd attempt he called and verified they would be open and taking walk-ins. The barber working watches him sign in let's him sit for an hour and then when it's his turn tells him to go down the mall to another shop. He will only be taking appointments for the rest of the day. Horrible treatment! Would rate a zero if possible!"
"Parents beware this place has no work ethic or even human decency to know that it is not okay to taunt and make fun of a child while they are trying to communicate with them/in their chair. Carrying on with coworkers in front of the child and laughing in their face is just commonly known in most places as a DON’T and a punk thing to do. Both Barbers behavior in this shop are disgusting! I’m so glad I don’t live in this town because I experienced a high level of poor to non existent professionalism/proper work ethic in most encounters here….made me appreciate Nashville Tn much more."
