"Dropped off a Craftsman lawnmower for a tune up. $50 deposit plus tax for labor. Picked up a week later and charged $134.00. Additional $95.00 for labor. We are talking $190.00 for a tuneup on a $375 lawnmower. Ridiculous!! Didn’t even put a new blade on it. Rip off!!! Taking advantage of people. Will not recommend."
