"I didn't have good experience my first time being there. My appointment was to have braids taken down. When I got home & pulled Mt hair down, I noticed that a lot of my length was gone. I let them know that they cut some of my hair, and the person stated she did not, and yet i have bangs now. My hair was too long in the front to put it in my face. The back of my hair is not as long either. I'm very disappointed and will never go there again. There were scissors used. I know what scissors sound like, and I know how long my hair was!!!"

"Ruth does a really good job. Your booked time is your time and rarely does she run over. Not a lot of chatting but I am ok with that. I just settle in, connect to her wifi and watch a few episodes of my favorite shows. Prices are reasonable and she has hair on hand at a cost. I would recommend her as I have been a customer for about 3 years now."

"I had gone to Ruth for over 2 years and had no complaints until she cut off a few pieces of my real hair at the front of my head during the braid take down process. I had always liked getting my hair done at this shop, but the fact that she didn't even offer me a discount for my services that day after cutting off hair I had grown for years was very upsetting to me. I recall her apologizing a little and saying "hair grows back", but this lack of customer service has unfortunately lead me to find a new hair salon."

She is also very good at creating many different hair styles from braids to sew in weaves. Because she only work one client at a time. She finishes my hair in record time.
