"I called today spoke to a rude old lady about school uniforms. Thanks for the rude response and attitude. I will take my business elsewhere now! Glad I never stepped foot into this store. It seems as though the whole world is going absolutely mad lately. Just look at the responses from owner and the true unprofessional attitude that is shown. I highly suggest taking your business elsewhere. This woman clearly doesn't remember what is even going on or who she spoke with I never asked her to hold anything or even asked her to check stock. Please do yourself a favor and retire you clearly can't handle yourself. Take your business to MT NEEDLES on dyer just down the street. They have friendly service there.They make school uniform shirts there."

"This store is so convenient for me to shop school uniform for my elementary & middle school girls . I’m not local in El Paso. The teacher in the front office at Charles middle school told me about this store. Staffs here are friendly & very helpful. And also they work on the school logo very fast. You can pick up in same day. Highly recommend this store."

"This is not a "clone" account of nobody, and your response speaks louder than any other reviews. I was there to witness everything, and everything in my comment is 100% true and accurate. Grossly disrespectful, immature, and unprofessional. Just FYI, a kid that wears xl in youth sizes does fit adult xs, don't try to assume or tell me what sizes kids should wear when you don't have stock and couldn't order. If you, purple hair old lady, are the owner, close your store! If you can't do customer service, just don't! Do better, and have the day you deserve!"

"Very rude staff! We arrived at 430pm to get some uniforms and an old lady with purple hair started rushing us and did not have inventory and had a very condescending tone and said we should've came in earlier, we said we couldn't because we lived far and work as well and she just rudely said "oh well other puerile work too"... then started arguing about the sizing I got for my kids saying that they shouldn't be wearing that size.... do not recommend this place... very rude staff"
