"Merchandise is stated as being "custom". I understand, but having to wait almost a month without any communication regarding delays or issues is unreasonable. Initial "Thank you for your order" email is pretty much the only thing you get until the order is ready to ship. Credit card charged immediately, of course. No response to multiple emails requesting updates. Zero customer service. Once received, the quality was excellent along with the printed graphics. Heavyweight thickness and bright colors should last a very long time. Suggestion, if you order be prepared to wait."
