"I have known and used Tammy at her current Salon and previous salon she use to work at on Rayford Rd (for about 7 years). I have never had a bad hair cut or color. She is very thorough with my cut and color hilights."

"I have tried this salon several times and have had to go back more than once because of splotched color and bad haircuts. The last time my shirt got ruined and when I asked her to reimburse me for my shirt, she asked for the shirt and receipt, which I provided. She had a very rude attitude when I took it to her. My hair is breaking off in my hands from her trying to correct the blotched color job she gave. I had provided a picture to her and she didn't see anything wrong. I had another colorist view the picture and they made all the comments that I did (blotched, orange, gold). Had her attitude not been so bad, I would have tried to work this out with her. I did not ask for my money or TIP refunded, but I wish I had. My hair has NEVER looked worse. She had another girl in the shop for awhile, but would not allow her to really do anything as she said she wasn't "trained well enough yet", so during that time I felt like a pancake being flipped between the two of them (she was running between me and another customer, and having the girl do the simple stuff). My husband was also using her until I had to be honest with him and tell him his hair has never looked worse. We have decided it is worth the extra drive time and $ to go back to our old stylist. For a while she had her daughter in there. As cute as she is, it made for a very unrelaxing visit as I could see danger in watching her climb up on chairs and such... so I could never enjoy the visit worrying she was going to fall. I do have pictures if anyone needs to see that my complaint is VALID."

"I have been coming to Tam's salon for a long time and all I can tell is perfect. She fixed my dry, messy hair which I had always color it every 2 weeks by myself before with the random market product. Now I come there with her every month to touch up my hair cause I have a lot of gray hair and yes I have high lite on my hair at well. It's kinda pricey honestly there but you will get what you pay for. Also this is a small, family, comfy salon where I feel like my house, not too many customers that make me feel more relaxing after a crazy day at work. Definitely be back for the hair treatment."

"Tammy completely ruined my hair. She put in the Japanese straightener in my hair and singed it. Her assistant and I were questioning her way of doing it since we thought she was doing the keratin straightening treatment which lasts 6 months. She did give me my money back but said she would not be doing my hair again. Not that I would want her too but to wash your hands off a situation like that on a very rude way is incredibly unprofessional, in my opinion. My hair is completely damaged and the only cure is to wait an entire year for my hair to grow back since the damage is from the root out. I never received an apology just an attitude to which even her assistant thought it unfair. I would have at least been humble and polite if I had ruined someone's hair. Now I have to live with it, in a pony tail, everyday, until it grows out. I even had to cut half of it off since the damage was so bad. I don't write bad reviews since I think people should have a chance with their business but I am reminded everyday of my experience when I look into the mirror and cry and just wanted to give people my review of the place."
