"First time dread-head here... I bombarded Miss Brei with a thousand questions over the phone, before the initial visit. She was very patient and respectful with answering my every insane question. I booked....She made the first time experience a pure pleasurable one! I'm extremely tender-headed and I may have fallen asleep a few times, while getting my hair done. The outcome....I LOVE IT! Thank you for making my first visit, not a last one! You have gained a new client!"

"I met Brie at an old shop in 2020 but begin my daughter & I services in mid/late 2021. Never have I been extremely late, recieved services and not paid, and I have also referred future clients. I have no complaints about the shop nor services but I have a problem in regards to customer service, professionalism, and communication. I had my daughter and I hair done on Dec 30,2021 which she accommodated switching my daughters appointment so she could be beautiful for her 1st day of school. I paid a $40 tip as a thank you! On Jan 6 of 2022 I informed Brie that I will be recieving a hair follicle and if I could schedule for just a retwist and my loc reattached which she communicated she could Saturday 15,2022 she would just have to check timeframe. I did a follow up contact on Jan 15 to see if she concluded a timeframe because my hair was still fresh from the Dec 30th appointment and I was trying to get the most out of the appointment the overall goal was REACTTACHING THE LOCS (2). After multiple follow ups I NEVER RECIEVED A RESPONSE even asking at one point "should I wait until my next appointment?". I tried to book an appt Jan 25 2022 and was blocked for doing so. After multiple failed attempts to communicate with Brie and not having any responses I had to involve my significant other to get ahold of her which her response to dropping me as a client was "She cannot accommodate me on my every beg and call & she has other clients as well". It was highly unconstitutional to drop a loyal client whom went off YOUR AGREEMENT to reattach the locs at the date of your choosing! If proper communication was involved all could have been eradicated. Dropping a client with no REAL reason and leaving her daughter and her stranded for a stylist was extremely unexpect, rude, and unprofessional."

I have never had both of my girls hair done within 2 hours. NEVER. They left her chair loving their hairstyles. Definitely will be bringing my girls back to see Brie."

The replies were fast & really informative to the point where I said I didn’t want anybody else to start my locs besides her.. then it was time for me to book my appointment and she didn’t have any available slots open so I asked her to let me know if something comes up & if she could squeeze me in, guess what she did messaged me ASAP & we set something up. I got there for my appointment & you can hear the professionalism & friendliness in her voice. She educated me w/ maintenance, when to come back, & a lot of good laughs, I highly recommend visiting DQ her work is amazing but the experience was even better"
