"My mom was visiting from KC we met Karen she was very rude no customer service skills and she stayed in her phone the whole time of talking with her I then tried to ask for a card to be able to set up an appointment for my mom she walked off and walked right out the door we left after that I will not give my money to anyone who acts like that . I don’t recommend this place what so ever and if you do not book with Karen unless she learns how to provide good customer service I give them 1 star"

"Each barber rents a chair there. I walked in with no appointment and was treated with politeness. In walked another barber for her shift. She scooped me up because the other 3 people waiting had appointments. She hooked me up with an amazing Fade. As I left. Each barber still treated me polite and thanked me for coming in. I was impressed. I did get my barbers number so I can make an appointment next time. And for clarification you DONT need an appointment. Walk ins are welcome. :)"
