"We have been coming here since my daughter's first haircut. Today my mother brought her in for a haircut, CHIN length. She showed 3 pictures. When Jaszmin asked if this was an appropriate length that was agreed upon.. she cut above that amount. My daughter walked out with a haircut at her CHEEK, and uneven in the back because we had to ask for her to stop cutting. The fact that they do not have a blow dry brush, to perform a style is unacceptable. The manager offered 20% off- but that did not fix the uneven/unwanted haircut my child received. Unfortunately, we will not back to this location. I made the mistake of accepting another stylist when truly Ms. Shawn is the only one experienced."

"Ms. Shawn was the one giving my 3 year old a haircut. It was his first time getting a haircut from someone else besides mom so he was resisting and crying a lot as if he was at the dentist. Ms. Shawn did her best to reassure us and work with us but I still felt so bad for her and my child. We love the result and would love to come back soon. This location deserves the great reviews that it has. Thank you for treating us with kindness!"
