"Crystal is the best! I had to cut off 13 inches of hair so I could donate it to Children With Hair Loss. I had 0 styling plans and told her that I trust where she takes me. She wanted to make sure she gave me something that would work for me. I told her that I'm low maintenance with maybe a little spice added. She gave me a very cute cut and suggested that I leave some longer hairs around my face to frame it. It was a wonderful idea. I think she is a wonderful person and was very easy to get along with. Crystal was also running the store alone for the time being and was still radiating even though she was handling 3 customers in store. 10/10 would cut my hair here again"

"My husband called and had an apt at 4pm he wasn’t seen until 515!! That is absolutely ridiculous! What was the point for an apt if he couldn’t be seen for almost an hour and half?! If you don’t have the staff then he should have been told a different time! Not make us wait that long!"

"Showed up 5 minutes early for a 10:30 appointment, 10:45 and still no indication that I'm going to be helped soon. Leaving. I'm editing this to add the fact that I politely asked employees for a reasonable time to expect my haircut and was met with attitude. Hair all over the place and not washing anything between customers as far as I could tell. Dunking clippers In blue water 5x a day is cool but for some reason I need a mask to protect me from the same airborne particles that I'm going to have my hair doused in?"
