"Came in half an hour before closing time hoping to get a quick trim. I was not greeted nor checked in at all. The employee sat in the back on the phone the entire time and only came up to me 30 min later once it was already time to close to ask me to leave. Very unprofessional and annoying to have me wait there while she sat on her phone just to purposefully have time pass by to not have another customer."
