"I has a bad experience today in ezsu hair 1. I made the appointment to cut my hair, when I came in, they were busy with other customer, I have to wait for 20 minutes. They suggested me to do the hair color, I accepted that suggestion. I chose a medium brown color, but it turns out is dark black. I didn’t ask price when I made the appointment, they charged $250 for the coloring. The impression this salon gave me is that they are trying to make more money, and not care about customer, I will never be there again!"

"Have been here for more than 5-6 times for my wife. So far so good. You'd better make an appointment before arrival to make sure they will take good care of you. For services, it's better to make appointment in advance as they can serve only you at one time to guarantee the quality. You'd better leave your kids at home or anywhere except here. One side is not polite other side is not safe. They don't dislike kids meanwhile. The place is 8/10 for cleanses and no bad smell inside. AC is sufficient during summer. My wife like the result most of the time. No coloring just the hair cut and styling."
