"Not a great experience. They dry shaved the back of my neck and had razor burn for days. When the stylist asked if she could shave my neckline I thought she meant with cream... not dry. The cut was bad and uneven also and had to have it fixed at another place. There was another stylist there sitting in a chair and complaining the whole time to my stylist which I think distracted her. There was no hot towel and the water for the shampoo was very cold. She said the hot water had been out for weeks. I felt rushed. Overall I won't be back."

"Great hairdressers, and really good service! Note to the owner - You have to get the hot water working. It's been too long. There's only five stations with sinks. Even single point heating systems under each of them would solve the problem. That and the sinks aren't aligned with the chairs strangely? It's really the only negative about the experience."

"The cuts have been very good when I've been lucky enough to have had one. The reliability is exceptionally poor. I have had six confirmed appointments and three have been bad experiences. I have had to wait for at least an hour on two occasions on non-peak times (very amusing excuses by the way). And, the third was cancelled by the store about 15 minutes before my appointment because they wanted to close early. It's ironic given their very strict appointment policy if a customer were to arrive a minute past their appointment time, I don't recommend this location under current management."

"This was my 1st visit to Cool Heads and I will be back! Long-time client at different Boardrooms. My stylist Flora was amazing and very knowledgeable and terrific attention to detail ... and my wife loved my look! Very professional atmosphere."

"If you're looking for a fade, this place is able to do so with pretty decent results. I give 4/5 because, at their price, I feel the skill level at a place like Redzone in Garland is a bit higher (now those dudes can give you razor sharp fades at better prices). Overall, service was very friendly, premises clean and I walked out looking sharp enough. Although walk-ins are available, appointments are highly recommended else you could be looking at a 40 min wait time. Prices could be more competitive (their annual plans wouldn't be of value to most people unless you get a cut every 2 weeks). Fade and beard can cost you around 60 bucks."
