"Met in person not at his studio and was solicited to purchase products and a gift certificate/QR code for a cut, color and highlights in December. Collected almost $400 in cash immediately and never provided anything in return for 2 months. He said he was too busy and now is denying to provide reimbursement and I have to take the legal route. Stay away, the owner Brandon is a thief. No appointments were ever booked as stylist was always too busy. No products, services, QR codes, certificates were provided nor were any appointments ever made because I had no certificate ever delivered to me so I could book the services I prepaid for. Stay away from Brandon Johns as he is a liar and a thief. Spend your money on a business that has integrity. I have asked for a refund since 2/1 to remedy this complaint privately before providing negative reviews and have already employed a lawyer to resolve. Save yourself this headache. Much better salons out there."
"I just met Brandon today at Studio 2020 and he was such a genuinely down-to-earth guy! He is very friendly and he knows what he is doing as he travels and he instructs others on the ins and outs of hair! He gave me a younger-looking style with lots of layers and let me tell you I desperately needed this hair cut!!!! Thanks Brandon for the awesome job!"
"I have been taking my daughter to Brooke for about three years now. We actually found her at a salon near our house and followed her to 2020 Hair Salon. She has done everything from a trim with layers on long hair to a extremely shot cut. My daughter has been extremely happy every time. The hair cut my daughter just received was amazing. Brooke even made sure to cut her hair to show off the dye we put in at home and gave her some really cute bangs. My daughter left feeling really good about herself."
