"I had long hair and side bangs. Asked for a trim of the length and a small touch up on my SIDE PART bangs. Trimmed up my length nicely then cut my bangs straight across my forehead. I wanted to cry. I’m not good with confrontation so I just left…figured I’d get used to it. I didn’t. It’s awful. My hair will grow back but my business will not."
