"Long story short they screwed over my law abiding mother making her pay for car insurance for dates she was already converted with another company. We called to cancel less then three hours later where they confirmed it was canceled we asked for a refund of almost $150 she paid and all they kept saying for weeks was, she will receive her refund by mail. They are only refunding her $26 dollars. No one ever disclosed there were any cancellation fees of any sort. And it was all less then 3 hrs of having insurance. Don’t trust AMCO or SNAP insurance. Lourdes is a friendly and a sweet talker but doesn’t disclose crucial information."

"Worse customer service ever. I usually make my payment over the phone but every time I’ve asked them if they could email me my ID card so I can print it myself. They never email it even after calling them back multiple times through out the day or week. So do they not know how to email or are they just incompetent!? I understand being busy but when you have to call them several times a day?!"
