"Advance Auto Parts changed their store hours and never updated it on Google. Im not one to complain but if a store says they are open..i trust them to be open. It's not my responsibility as a consumer to keep track of that. I was in dire need for an auto part that keeps me going to work and earning an honest living. I drove to the store in Alton, Tx which is about a 16 mile drive away only to find out that they had taped over their new store times and it closed at 8pm versus what is correlating with Google search engine hours. My truck ended up breaking down there with no help at all for what seemed like hours. Shame on you Advance Auto Parts. Thank goodness for O'Reileys Auto Parts. They actually came to my location with the part that I needed. How is that for customer service! You guys are seriously slacking. If managment can reach out to me.. that'll be great. If not,I'll take it as you and your staff care nothing about your potential customers! Thoroughly disgusted!"
