"Surprised this store is still open. No one to great you when you walk in, cause both young ladies were on their cellphones and talking to one another. The prices have really gone up. I can add a few more dollars and go to Macy’s and get me a better pair of name brand shoes. I also visited this place 2 weeks ago, and needed a sandal in a different size. I went to counter to ask if they could ship me the size I needed, the young lady printed out the receipt of the stores who had that sandal in my size. When I asked again about shipping it to my house she rolled her eyes. Sad no customer service and people not wanting to do the job they are paid for."
"So I had a return I didn't think it went back on my card I called manager he helped me figure out when it was credited, and I was wrong they were right it was done just as they said it would be. But nice and understanding while I figured it out."
"Came here at 8:57pm and they said they were closed on a Wednesday night. There cameras on the tv have a different time. It’s ahead like 3 or 4 minutes. Needed work shoes."
