Locker Room Haircuts

"I asked for a simple longer high top fade, and she shaved the whole thing to the skin. I asked for a fringe and only a 1/2 in off the top, she took two in, I measured and she gave me a comb over. look if I wanted to look like what the stylist wanted I would have asked for it. just give the man a haircut that he asked for. it’s not hard, it’s about costumer satisfaction not employees enjoyment."

"I took my son (3yrs old and autistic) to get a haircut today and when our regular barber wasn’t available I decided to keep our appointment as he was in need of a good haircut. When we got called back a lady by the name of Misty M. was our barber. She looked very irritated or annoyed but I brushed it off as I know what working in customer service is like. As we sat down she told me to place my child in the chair and walked off to the bathroom. She came back got him ready and I was trying to turn on my phone as I always do to keep my son still but she rushed into getting started and proceeded to tell me that she just needed to speed through the process cause of kids like him. (Excuse me but first off he is 3 secondly he is AUTISTIC!) I brushed it off as I had 2 other kids with me waiting in the waiting area and we were all tired from volleyball games this morning. I then noticed she had knicked him on the side of his forehead and as I tried to wipe the blood off she moved the chair. He was so overwhelmed and I tried my hardest to get him to settle long enough to get it over with. When it came time to pay she didn’t walk us up like most people would and just said “she will take care of you up front”. When I went up there I asked for a manager and told the lady I wasn’t going to pay for my son being treated the way he was and also being cut on his forehead causing more trauma than before. She told me that in order for me to leave I’d have to pay and that the manager isn’t available so I could email the corporate office to report the lady. Don’t get me wrong the cut came out pretty good but it’s not the service that was the issue it was the attitude and treatment that my son had to go through while getting his haircut. All I can say is if Micheal isn’t available to cut my sons hair than we will not be using this facility any more. Here are some photos of what my son went through."
