"I come to this panera often and it's always well kept and maintained compared to other locations. I had an issue with my order today where there was chicken on my salad when I explicitly asked for no chicken. I spoke with Jarod and he was extremely polite and got my issue resolved, along with issuing me a credit for the mishandling. Excellent management and staff. Keep up the good work all! :)"

"Bad slow, understaffed, food was not good other than the bread. There was no one at the counter for a long time and then people were arguing about helping me. I have always loved Panera, one of my favorites. Menu offerings were minimal and not what I usually expect. The staff was completely unhelpful even with a question about incorrect charges. Slow to make up a one person to go order from inside the restaurant when it was off dining hours and very slow. The worst part is that it was super dirty. I visited the rest room and my shoes were sticking to the floor as I walked across the room. Needless to say I won’t be back to this gross Panera. I just hope they have not all gone in this direction. My simple Caesar’s salad with chicken went in the garbage. My 3 star on the food was only the baguette and bagels I ordered for home. They were good but I’m quite afraid of the overall cleanliness of the kitchen considering the rest of the place."

The staff seemed indifferent and not very attentive to customers' needs. The order was prepared without care, and when I pointed out the missing bacon, their response was apathetic and unapologetic. It left me feeling like they didn't value their customers' satisfaction. It's important to note that this experience might not reflect the standard across all Panera Bread locations, as I've had great experiences elsewhere. However, the inconsistency in food and service at this particular branch is concerning. On a positive note, the ambiance and cleanliness of the restaurant were up to par, which is usually one of the aspects I appreciate about Panera Bread. In conclusion, while Panera Bread remains a favorite overall, this specific location failed to deliver the quality food and service I have come to expect from the brand. I hope that they take customer feedback seriously and work towards improving their consistency to provide a better dining experience for everyone."
