"Ok, Welp...... We supported, and I'm glad we did! However, the dishes, as nice as their presentation was, the food was not as I hoped. The Red Velvet Waffles lacked flavor, and the toppings were barely there such as the chocolate drizzle, and perhaps they could've used way more powdered sugar, as it literally were only a few sprinkles. The Red Velvet waffles came with a lackluster butter whip for the Waffles, which just could've been better. The fried pieces of chicken that came with this dish, was flavorless, and were either cooked in bad grease, overcooked, or just all around bad. I was really disappointed in the chicken, as we ask know it's the chicken that compliments the waffle. I also ordered the side of Blackened Shrimp Mac and Cheese. This wasn't bad, the 4 shrimps topped the Mac n Cheese, and had the seasonings and good taste, but the actual Mac n cheese was nothing special, but like I said it wasn't bad. My Frisis had the Shrimp Waffle po boy and I'll leave that for her to review, but the aesthetics of this dish was confusing. This is strictly my opinion and we all have different taste buds, but I did really have higher hopes for this establishment. But please support and come to your own conclusions. This is relatively a new business, I believe, so maybe down the line, I'll be more receptive to try again!! #eaton"
