"My father picked up his prescriptions on sunday 7/31/22. He left his wallet there by mistake,of course. He didnt realize this til 5 hrs later. So my mother goes over there right when they open the following day. Young girl there was not very helpful and didnt check the safe until a cashier asked her. She had told my mom,”oh i was here yesterday and no one turned in anything.” Could be true but why wouldnt she at least check for it. And i know there are cameras cause they use them only for their convenience. My mother should have insisted but oh well."
"First and foremost, I love Walgreens and come to this store regularly since it’s close to my home. Their daily specials and coupon savings system is awesome! Notably I came in last Wednesday 12/01/21 to get some things for my house. I had a temporary shopping pass bar code for my Walgreens card which I didn’t have with me at the time. I checked out at the cosmetic counter which Lilly assisted me in getting my pass processed on the purchase. She had a bit of an issue processing it but was patient and provided excellent customer service in providing engaging conversation while getting the system to process. In the end she thanked me for being a customer and provided me a complimentary beauty pack for the wait which I gave to my daughter. A+!"
