"They infected my finger nail and the infection is called Paronychia and it hurts really bad to where I had to take of the acrylic nail! This place is really bad please don’t go there!!! The photo I took is the best it’s been it used be like a huge big white bump!"
"Today was my last straw. So far, if they make me bleed or ruin my clothes I can have nice nails. Today started off with a good pedicure. Then the guy came over to do my nails. Short natural round. He did the initial filing and I told him they were way too pointy/filed down on some sides. He said he would fix at the table. At some point you just have to let them keep going because they can’t undo what they over-filed. When he asked if I liked them, I said no but I’ll just have to live with them this time… and then he argued with me. So aside from not being the right shape, since he shaped them for someone with a short nail bed they look terrible AND I had to raise my voice to tell him to stop arguing with me. And never got the old dip off my hands, so I guess I’ll go deal with that now. Can we PLEASE get a good nail salon that takes walk-ins in Bastrop county? I’m so tired of driving to Georgetown to get good service."
"Don’t know her name cause she doesn’t have a name tag on, but newer lady is very rude and in a rush, didn’t do any kind of filing before putting gel on my nails, left my nails jagged, wavy looking, uneven. I asked her to fix them and all she did was file them and repaint. Just awful job. Will not let her touch my nails again."
"I Always have a wonderful experience with Janet! I usually go to her because she never misses on what I want! Very detailed, and talented. My Halloween nails have been on for 2 weeks now and the retention is awesome she will do exactly what you want! Her energy is always positive and welcoming I definitely recommend her! Her service is 5 plus starts!!!"
"Janet made me feel so pampered! I brought in a picture of what I wanted and she nailed it!!! No matter what I want, she NEVER dissapoints! Super nice and gentle.. which is a big thing for me! I’m really happy with how my nails and feet look all the time! I used to never show my feet now I wear sandals everywhere. The place is clean and I will definitely go back again!"
