"If I could give zero stars I would. My boyfriend took my 9 year old son to get a haircut while my daughter and I went into Walmart. I got a call right after saying that my son was crying in the backseat because of how rough his stylist was with him. My son is very well behaved in the chair and has had several cuts with zero issues. It was bad enough, my boyfriend had to go back in and say something. Pay close attention to your children if you choose to take them here. My son was literally holding his head in pain because of how hard she was squeezing him."
"Only reason I’m leaving 2 stars is because I went back in and a lady salvaged the butch job another lady did. I get they try and get lots of cuts done every week, when quality starts to suffer might need to rethink efficiency over customer satisfaction. Without customers efficiency will be a moot point."
"I went to Sarah on a recommendation from a friend. She was beyond exceptional! I'm going through medical treatments and my hair is drastically thinning. I saw a picture of a short, curly cut as I've always had curly hair. Well meds messed that all up and the curls are gone. She was exceptional about changing to Plan B and gave me the cutest cut. I couldn't be happier!"
"Staff was very friendly. Was greeted as soon as I came in the door. I saw Sarah for a haircut. After showing her several pictures of what I wanted she told me what she thought would work best for my hair. My hair was all one length so this was a big change for me. Sarah did an absolute amazing job. I left with one of the best haircuts I’ve had. I will definitely be going back"
