"I am really disappointed that Supercuts changed the credit card gratuity from a percentage to a dollar amount. When displayed as 5, 10 & 20, the amount usually displayed for percentage, leads me to believe this was done internally to trick the customer into over tipping."

"The receptionist who checked me in (I am sorry I didn't get her name). She was kind and pleasant and made my experience a good one! My hairstylist was Kieu; Its been awhile since I could get a stylist to cut my hair "just as I explained it" when I tried other establishments. This was my first time at this location. Kieu did a fabulous job! ! I am so pleased. She knocked 10- years off of my original age ha ha I'll be back. I thank you for the warm conversations and professionalism. Happy holidays! "I normally have gone to great clips for decades but the past few times I did not like the way they cut my hair so tried this place for the 1st time and it was great! B.B was amazing. Very sweet. Did a great job and even assured me if I go home and see something I don't like, to not hesitate and come back so she can fix. That won't be necessary but I love the gesture. Will come here from now on."

"I had several great cuts from Vivi and I really like the time she takes with me. Today, I brought my mom in to see Vivi, too. Mom has had a hard time finding a stylist that cuts her hair the way she wants it to be cut. However, Vivi took great time and care to cut mom's hair as she specified, and mom walked out very happy with her new cut. Thank you Vivi!"

"I recently came here for a trim. I arrived at 5:15 & they denied me because they were booked until closing. I then came back a few days later with an appointment & got a trim. While I was there she didn’t deny any customers that walked in after 5:30pm. The stylist who cut my hair didn’t cut my hair like anyone ever has in the past. She didn’t part my hair or section it. She just basically started cutting away. I was a bit worried. I told her I wanted to trim my face front & long layers. At the end she basically cut way too much off than what was needed. Basically didn’t cut my long layers since she gave her opinion on how she thought my hair would look better. I don’t think I’ll be back here. The lady who cut my hair has her station right behind the register. My hair came out fine at the end but she definitely cut more than what we agreed on."
