"They asked me to pay upfront which I understand. I tipped 30% and wanted to at least walk out with wearable nails. Two coats in she tells me it’s done. After 30 minutes under the dryer they still weren’t dry even though the lady told me they were. As soon as I got in my car 2 nails messed up. I also noticed hairs in two of my nail polish. I’m not happy with the service nor the nonchalant attitude that was presented."
