"I’ve been coming here since 2020, and it’s honestly hit or miss, but they have good service and it's near my house—the last two times; however, my nail polish was so thick that it began cracking two days later. Photos are from the fourth day when another nail’s polish started cracking and several other nails started chipping. I don’t even cook or anything. I can’t believe this happened from simply washing my hands and showering. I don’t have the time to get them “fixed.” I wish they would not put so much polish on when it’s a regular manicure, and I also wish they would not have gotten rid of OPI Polishes since they are the only brand that doesn’t chip. I want my money back; this is ridiculous!"

"I've been gong to Victoria nails fue over two years now. I didn't really ze they under new management till recently. And all my years of being at a nail salon I have never been greeted and welcomed as Andy and snow welcomed welcomed me. They are extremely nice and they know how to take care of their customers Andy and snow both do a wonderful job there are excellent in their skills I will be going back as often as I can just because of the heartwarming welcome they offer thank you Andy and snow"

"Listen to the bad reviews. I don’t know if it’s racism, or prejudices, but I just moved here and I’m a teacher, I get my nails done often and I’ve been to this place 4 times now, I thought it might have been the technician that’s doing such a bad job and tried to get other people to do it in their shop, but all of them do poorly on my nail. It’s always UNEVEN In length, CROOKED, and LUMPY. It’s not flat and it doesn’t look normal. I only get an overlay with gel paint and it’s costs SO much. This is my last time coming. They will never get my money again. I felt like they only see me as a dollar sign walking in the door, not a customer they could give good service to."
