"I attempted to get my hair in crotchet passion twist with a trim and deep conditioning on my natural hair. I sent a request on style seat and asked about dates and if I could get my perimeter to be individuals and the the rest crotchet. I received a text message stating they do not offer individual braids. There was nothing else mentioned about the crotchet or anything else. I then asked if the crotchet could be done to where I could pull up in a ponytail. I never received a response back. I understand when certain services are not offered but to completely dismiss everything else I felt was not great customer service. I saw all the great reviews and was looking for a stylist to try out for my natural hair as well but I guess one wrong word and you are dismissed. Disappointed."

Her holistic approach to caring for your hair is amazing! I believe she truly cares about my hair just as much as I do...which is why I love her. Gifted hands for sure.
