She’s extremely honest and so helpful. I am very picky when it comes to my hair. So if you’re looking for an experience you can feel confident in don’t go any further!"

"After calling for an appointment, describing having thick hair and needing a color correction.. despite having references photos. They weren’t able to keep the appointment due to not being confident or experienced going to a shag hair cut or strawberry blonde. Telling me it was going to be a lot of money. She seemed upset I knew the history of my hair. And regardless of sizing me up to see if I could pay the money. Extremely rude and unprofessional.. even if she was a lower level stylist. That wasn’t what I asked for over the phone. It was a waist of my time from work and apparently hers."

"I had an amazing experience with Stephanie! I came in with dark brown box dye in my hair, regrowth and my hair had grown out from a very short cut, basically it was a disaster. She advised me and worked very hard to get my hair lighter and gave me a great cut! Excellent experience! She is masterful!"

"I went to theory twice to get my hair fully highlighted. The first time I went, I didn’t get exactly what I wanted, but figured my stylist and I could achieve my goal in the sessions to come. During the next session, my hair felt quite brittle afterwards (which has never happened) but I wasn’t too concerned, since it only felt like that on a few pieces. About a week later, I went to get my hair cut at a different salon close to my job, and the stylist that cut my hair pointed out exactly how botched my hair was. It wasn’t even close to anything I had asked for, and my hair was incredibly damaged. My hair has bands on the strands because of the bad bleach job, and I can’t put my hair up without feeling self conscious. A bunch of the front pieces are fried off, but I wasn’t told of any such thing. I’ve been to many different hair dressers, have had my hair bleached many different times, and I’m not a picky client. As long as my hair looks good, I don’t care really what it looks like. But my hair is so messed up right now that Im insecure about the way others see my hair. Please don’t spend your money here. There are so many other places that can meet your hair needs."
