"My overall experience was disappointing. Reception never greeted me and during checkout only spoke once to say, your card goes here, that was it. My fullest of hybrid did look ok when I checked then when she finished but for a fresh new full set there were large gaps at my inner corners and outer corners. I lost a lot of lashes within 48 hours that had not been properly attached to the base of my natural lash. Now 7 days later I have had to try to remove many of the volume bc they were not attached properly and she did a terrible job of isolating my individual natural lashes so it was super uncomfortable and rubbing. She did not get the lashes close enough to the base of my natural lash, many of the volume extensions were attached to multiple natural lashes and a lot of the volume lashes were not properly placed at the base and lifted from my natural lash and I lost them. I am very disappointed and feel it was a waste of money."
"The worst brow lamination I’ve ever gotten anywhere. It was totally a waste of time and the costumer service is non existent. You can see the results for yourself. The picture was taken right after “lamination”. My brows failed to sit upright even after using a brow gel!"
