"Nail tech took a hour and 45 mins to do my nails. I got short square and simple. No color. The place is extremely out dated. Some new paint on the walls will go a long way along with some new pictures and plants. The nail techs were very short and forward with customers. When I said thank you I didn't even get a your welcome. Def don't like the vibes here at all. The only good thing about the place is its location. Nothing else."

"Waste of money. I used to love coming here but I just spent almost 4 hours there even though I made an appointment and all I had was a regular pedicure + a full set. They took other clients in between me or stopped doing my nails to service someone else and when I said I didn’t like the length they switched technicians on me and left me sitting there for another 20+ mins. Left upset because the nails didn’t look anything like the picture I showed and tried to make multiple comments about not liking the shape or the thickness but was ignored or told that’s how they had to be. I’ve had my nails done plenty of times and haven’t had a set that looked this bad in a long time especially for having been there for over 3 & 1/2 hours and still was charged full price. It’s not worth it. Very disappointed."

"Asked for matte before I sat down. After they dried I noticed they were still shiny. When I asked him why didn't he put matte he said I told him too late. I said it before I sat down! The shape is uneven and they're full of bubbles. $15 for a refill so the best thing was that it was cheap. Place needs a deep cleaning too."
