"Don't fall for their false "60% off full set" advertisements on instagram and Facebook. On their website, classic full set is $150, which I thought was expensive, bc in LA I was paying $80. Then I saw their 60% off advertisement, so decided to book. The lady told me yes the price is $150, and she will put a note about the $60 off. When I was paying, they said $190! I was in shock. Basically they explained $150 is already with 60% off - the website doesn't mentioned anything about it, it is their regular price. They also said they used mink lashes for $40 more. What?!? Why?!?! Nobody asked me? I have always used synthetic, I never wanted mink. For both financial and ethical reasons. I am furious. Ended up paying $160. What a joke. The girls who did my lashes at least was very sweet."

"This is my favorite lash studio in town! The studio is super chic and clean. It’s located near the Domain Village and I can literally just walk over from home - so convenient! I always get my lashes done with Lauren. She’s THE BEST. She’s very sweet and takes good care of all the details. Lauren always makes sure we communicate well before the session starts and I just love how she’s willing to listen and customize lashes based on my need."

"My lashes had a lot of glue and were sticking together. Some of them fell out. They were itchy. I reluctantly made another appointment to come in and have them fixed but was charged the full amount for a fill because the manager wasn't available. In addition, the same woman who did the horrible job the first time was the person who ended up "correcting" my lashes at my second appointment. So I will likely have to have them all removed and begin again. And $130 for a bad fill is ridiculous. Be upfront with the actual prices before you check out. It’s a shock to check out thinking your fill will only be $70 and there’s an additional $45+ fee plus gratuity."

"Not straight forward about prices. They base all their prices off "Classic" lashes then charge you an additional $30 for if you want fuller lash style like hybrid. Which wouldn't be a big deal however they're version of "hybrid" looks like a classic fill if you go to any other salon so not worth the extra money. I went twice thinking the first time maybe they were in a hurry and my lashes were pretty sparse (only worked on my lashes for 35-40 mins) but got the same results each time. They also tried selling me an expensive lash serum and membership package each time I went. Membership package looks decent but then again is only for classical lashes so you will be charged an additional $30 for each visit on top of the membership fees if you want more than a classic fill. I will say everyone is really nice there so don't like that I have to leave a negative review. I'm only sharing my story because this is the information I wish I would of known before trying out this salon."
