"I went in for a walk in this morning, I wanted to get stiletto shaped nails. I tried getting some help picking the color for the appropriate ombré; immediately the woman at the front desk was incredibly dismissive of me and what I wanted done. The difference in the way she talked to me and the woman who walked in after me was HUGE. So much nicer to her and helpful with her. I couldn’t take the disrespect and lack of help so I said never mind and will be looking for a different salon to do the service. As I was walking out she started yelling something out in a different language to her coworkers, giving the situation, I really don’t doubt it was something about me. Very disappointing, I’ve been here numerous times before for pedicures but never was treated like this until today."

"Quite possibly the most unsanitary and overall bad pedicure I have gotten in a long time. Gentleman that did my nails did not speak to me once. Tools used were not from a prepackaged clean set. Nail file was clearly used. He “cleaned” the foot scrubber and cheese grater in the same foot water my feet were soaking in. Color is not even and he applied it so thickly it’s not drying in a reasonable time. If you’re looking for safe or clean work, don’t come here. I’m just hoping I don’t pick up someone’s foot fungus after all of that."
