"It was my first time ever having my brows waxed and Kailyn made me feel comfortable and made sure she knew exactly what I wanted before I she laid me down. Kept me calm during the process because she could sense I was nervous about my brow shape being messed up. During the process she said I’m leaving some hairs because I’m not sure if you want those waxed off, once I’m done you can look and let me know if you want them taken off. Loved the open communication and that she asked before she made any decisions. 10/10 recommend Kailyn and will for sure be coming back."
"Love this place so much! I've been coming here for a year+ now and I've had a great experience every time. Paulina, Maggie and Juliette are amazing lash artists. I've had lash lifts/tints and classic extensions before, and each time the provider customizes to exactly what I desire. I've never been more satisfied with a lash service. I've tried other lash venues in Austin and this is by far the best one. The pricing is honestly worth it for what you get."

"Paulina was amazing. I was very scared because I had negative experiences in the past with lashes. She took it slow, and took the time to let me see her progress even if it meant re-taping my eyes. Then she advocated for the right price for me. It saved me maybe 30 or 40 dollars that tbh I didn't mind spending - but the fact that she cared to give me a fair price meant that she has my best interests in mind. Priscilla is a top notch human, and I'm lucky to have been matched with her. I wanted a very natural look because I am easing into it and she gave it to me. Please do not judge her skill if you think my lashes are too thin - this is exactly what I wanted :)"
