"favorite place to get my eyebrows done, it's quiet and clean; they get my eyebrow arches right"
"I called to ensure they could take me at 6:30pm and when I arrived at 6:20 they were closing when their hours say they close at 7. This has happened on two occasions. Half the time they have a sign on the door saying they are closed for some reason. Not reliable."
"Specifically asked for clean up and mentioned I like my eyebrows thick. She did one eyebrow and I was happy with it. She proceeded to the next one and messed it up and got back to the first one I said looked good and eventually made them both extremely thin. And the balls to tell me the next one is going to be free. Never stepping foot here again."
"Terrible experience. I stayed very clearly and repeated myself to make sure she understood that I wanted my eyebrows cleaned up, I said I like them “thick”. She said “ok just clean up the extra”. I am now walking out with the thinnest eyebrows I’ve ever had in my entire life. Do not go here. Save yourself the stress. Check out Mirror Image threading instead. She does a much better job listening to her clients wants"
