"Went back in on January 31st to get birthday nails as I had been once before and enjoyed the service. I had a picture of the kinds of nails I wanted to go for and had requested the same person to do my nails. She recommended me to do gel-x because it "lasts longer" instead of acrylic which I usually get and it's the same price she mentioned. I decided to go with her recommendation and I absolutely loved how the design came out and the style of the nails, took about 1 hour. Even the lady who did my nails mentioned how fast it was for the design and everything. Not even 2 days later, one of the nails completely pops off. I go back to the salon the next day and they fix it w/out a charge. I'm happy again since I had a trip the next day. I was always sure to be careful with my nails and another 2 days later, more nails and including the one they fixed popped off again! I'm assuming some nails just weren't cured with the light correctly but I am extremely upset as these nails were for my birthday trip and most of them came off! The price wasn't cheap either. I also tipped a little more than 20%! The lady who did my service was sweet but assuming I was just sold on gel-x being better and long-lasting as that wasn't the case since she finished the full set in about 60 minutes. I am extremely upset and when I tried to call after I got back from vacation, it just rings and rings. If someone can please contact me so we can fix this, that would be appreciated."

"I usually come here and it’s a pleasant experience, however not today. Steven rushed filing my nails and cut/hurt 8/10 of my nails & he hit me several times with the long nail file from doing it so quickly. He let nail glue get all over my fingers and when I asked him to please remove it he told me to “wash my hands” which… the soap and water did NOT take the glue off. I was not offered a drink either. Sound silly but customer service is the key reason I return places and today was just not a good experience. The guy at the counter asked me how it was and I told him, he did nothing about it. Very disappointed because nails are also bubbly Side note: Q and Mia have been my nail tech before and they are lovely and great!"

"This is my favorite nail salon in Austin. It’s a large, bright space and seems pretty new. They offer a variety of drinks including sodas, Vietnamese coffee and mimosas. Prices are pretty typical of any nail salon in the area. I always make an appointment to get a dip manicure with Ann. Ann has fantastic attention to detail, and understands what I am looking for. My nails always last 4-5 weeks and I love them! Tips: I would recommend making an appointment in advance, especially if you plan on coming in on the weekends. If you prefer to walk in, week days are less busy, especially earlier in the day. Bring cash to tip if possible. They also have an ATM on-site and I believe there’s a small discount if you pay your service in cash."

"I got long squared chrome nails and they turned out great! Great service and okay employees. When I was paying the lady at front was kind of rude but trying to seem nice knowing well. The man that did my nails was great he was kind and not rough. They are quick and know how to do their job. Great place, recommend!"
