"I can’t say enough about the amazing job the MIA did on my nails yesterday. I am new to the Area and have tried few different nail salons without much success. After checking, Yelp, google, and asking Neighbors I saw Queens spa and thought it was worth a try at the time. I didn’t realize it was 45 minutes from my house. On the way over. I thought this is not going to work , But after my appointment, I will gladly drive the 45 minutes to get my nails done at Queen spa. Mia Was awesome. I have been doing my nails for about 40 years and this is the best manicure I have ever had my nails look fantastic. She was fast, but not rushed. The atmosphere in the spa is good. The only thing I have to say is that parking was a little bit of a problem because I drive a big pick up truck. But in all fairness, I booked my appointment at noon not thinking about it being. From the moment I walked in the door till the moment I walked out my experience was nothing but positive. Even though they were full, and I was running 10 minutes late, they handled it with grace and a smile. I will be returning in two weeks."

"I had an incredible disappointing experience: the worst service and most indifferent attitude. My nails are ruined. They were healthy and strong but now became fragile and coarse after the rushed service and hard scratch. During the service, I told the lady don’t scratch it any more when the nails were scratched too much that I can already see the skin under the nail. But not only did she not listen, she was bantering with her colleague in a foreign language. Please do not go unless you wanna ur nails ruined."

"Highly rec Queen Spa particularly for any nail art or special manicures. Vincent, Iris, and Lee are my favorites nail techs and are always able to pull off the designs and/color combos and chrome that I’m hoping for. I’ve tried other places and then gone to Queen to fix bad manis from elsewhere. Be aware that you are paying for their expertise!! It takes time and extra cost to do the exceptional work and it is well worth it."

"I’ve been going to Queen Spa for 2 years now and I couldn’t say more great things! River, the owner of the place, values every person that walks into her salon and values great work. It’s clear why her salon is almost always busy. I’ve asked for designs, tortoise nails, specific colors, and just simple manicures and this place is equipped and stocked for anything you find on Pinterest/Instagram and THEY DO IT WELL. For nails, Mimi is my go-to. She’s honest, can do anything you request, doesn’t ruin your natural nails (which is key) and her manicures last a full 3 weeks. To book, I love that I can go on the website and schedule my services through their Online Scheduling portal (scroll all the way to the bottom and you’ll see it). It’s amazing when I don’t have the time to make a call but want to put it on my schedule within minutes. If you book a specific person online, be sure to mention their name when you walk in. Overall, best long-term experience I’ve ever had at a nail salon. Couldn’t recommend this salon enough!"
