"I just received service with this salon. I had waxing and eyebrows and gave tip for the service i received. Based on my satisfaction i have given tip but the lady who has done service was shouting on me and demanding me to give 15% tip and threatened me that she will never give a service to me. I did purchased a membership card with this salon as well. If this how customers are treated i would never suggest this salon. If 15% tip is mandatory then please put it up on the menu that its mandatory. Threatening people is very bad, and making customers feel embarrassed is never a good customer service."
