"We usually have a good experience but the last visit was not. Both my girls were asked to sit to get nails done, one tech held my daughters hands to see her nails and was giggling then told her to sit in waiting chair and asked me to sit in her place to do my nails. After my nails were done I sat there with no fan or anything to dry them. About 4 min later my tech asked me to pay. I said my nails are barely dry I can’t reach in to pay. She told me I was fine. I didn’t want to ruin them so I had to ask the tech to grab my credit card out of wallet. While I was carefully signing she was looking over the counter to see the tip I was leaving. Left their feeling rushed out as they just wanted our money and very uneasy. My daughter asked why they were making fun of her, because that’s what she felt when she sat to get her nails done. She said she felt so embarrassed and now is self conscious about her nails. They’re just short, she’s a kid."

"Everyone here was very kind or, at least, agreeable . The place was clean, and my nails look nice. They are also, apparently, very good with children. 2 stars deleted because: 1.) They didnt do the sea salt scrub included in my package. 2.) After dumping the toenails, dirt and foot skin in to the water that my feet were soaking in, at no point did they rinse my feet, or put down a clean towel before moisterizing and painting which i thought was standard practice. 3.) My feet and hands feel weirdly dry afterward instead of luscious and moisterized (but, again, they do look very nice.) I feel like i got a little less than what i paid for but maybe thats because in this trial run with Lavish Nails, i picked a cheaper package than i normally would and they just phoned it in."

"I had a wonderful experience with Lavish Nails from start to finish. I set my appointment for the earliest available time slot, 9 AM, since I had to work later that morning. The staff were on time and we were able to get started quickly. They showed excellent customer service and professionalism right as I walked through the door. The owner Scott is extremely personable, and greeted me by name though he only had one conversation with me to set the appointment the day before. My nail tech was Tony and he is careful and meticulous with his work. I don’t get my nails done often and I tried describing what I wanted in the best way that I could. He exceeded expectations by doing exactly what I envisioned and picking complementary colors for my mani/pedi. The price I feel is a great deal for the quality of work and service. I highly recommend coming to Lavish to get your nails done. Also as a bonus, they have a very cute dog named Frosty."

"I am reluctant to share this, because I don't want to make it harder to get an appointment! I go to Lavish all the time, and the staff and service are amazing. Everyone is so friendly, and I can work away on the wifi. This last time I had Cici do a dip (SNS) manicure, and I can't stop admiring it. I have gotten two compliments on it already, and it is brand new. Not nearly as thick as you normally see with the dip, and shiny as can be."
