"Customer service was great BUT my nails was not good the shape was off and after applying my acrylic and filing she told me NOT to wash my hands she brushed with a brush I’ve been getting my nails done for decades and they always say wash hands before polish she had to repeatedly wipe my nails off and repolish them. Just for my acrylic and gel polish it was 65.00 I’ve paid more the price isn’t bad it’s the job overall. First and last time."
"My nails look so cute, honestly some of the best service I’ve ever had! I don’t get my nails done often so when I went in everyone was so helpful and nice. Moon did the cutest nail design for the 4th of July!"

"There is no place better than Galleria Nails! The moment you walk in, Jade and Ken are so friendly and they always remember both my daughter and I! My dip nails have never looked better- they look thin and natural but are strong enough to last weeks without breaking. My 9 year old daughter loves Jade! Jade talks directly to my daughter, listens to what she wants and gently gives her a beautiful manicure. They give the best pedicures too! I also appreciate that they will honestly tell you how long your wait will be and if it is better to come on a different day. I truly appreciate their honesty and kindness. I would give Galleria Nails 10 stars ⭐️ if I could!!!"
"I had a great experience at Galleria nails! I am new to North Austin and have been trying different nail salons to find a good fit for me. Galleria nails checked all the boxes! Timely service, very friendly, offered me an assortment of beverages and Luna was very detail oriented and worked with me as I picked through six different orange colors so I could get the fall color I was looking for :-) Ken greeted me as soon as I walked in. He checked in with me periodically to make sure everything was going well. Fantastic experience, I will definitely be back!"
