"I tried to book an appointment online. Their website was not working. I went to their shop as a walk in. There was absolutely no one there and they said it would be a two hour wait. They did not care if I went somewhere else. Not a way to treat a returning client. I will not go back unless they improve on their customer service. They wont be open long with that type of service."

"Took my boy here for a cut. He showed a picture of the style he wanted. Asked the stylist if he could do that. Sure. Check out the pics and rate it yourself. Pic taken right after cut while we went to eat out. My boy says he wants a buzz cut now because he is embarrassed to be seen in public. If the owner wants to make amends and give my kid his money back he can contact us for that. Here is the pic my kid showed the stylist and here is reality."
