"Jenna did an amazing cut and color the first time on both my daughter and myself. I am not sure what happened the second visit though? She cut my hair much shorter than I asked for and missed cutting specific areas of my daughter's hair. I cried because my cut ended up being the worst cut I have ever had. I/we just can't figure out how the first cuts could be so amazing and then the next not? When I asked Jenna about the cut and expressed how unhappy I was, she apologized, which was nice, but there wasn't any offer to fix my hair, etc.(she did fix my daughter's hair though) or an offer of a refund. Together, both cuts with color were at least $500. Jenna is obviously talented, so it we can't figure it out? It is too expensive of a service to risk not getting what we ask for again, so we won't be back."
