"I had my eyelash extensions done with the stylist Mel. First off, she is unprofessional, lacks communication, non-punctual, and lacks time management and customer service. She always had excuse after excuse to reschedule you. On my first appointment she was half an hour late. I wish her the best, but please go elsewhere. This is in an upscale salon that needs to be held at standards higher than the normality, due to the location of the business. My lash extensions all fell out in a span of ONE week. Unfortunately, I will not recommend her to anyone! And a heads up: she will not refund you your money for unsatisfied service and quality of work!"
