"I adore this salon! Since its opening, I've been a loyal guest, and the entire staff consistently exceeds expectations. Whether it's the welcoming Guest Happiness Team at the front desk or any Stylist I've encountered, my experiences have been consistently fantastic. Emily has cultivated a wonderful environment for everyone, and I have complete trust in her team with my hair. Additionally, their bar offerings, ranging from seasonal cocktails to non-alcoholic beverages, and the WINE (my favorite) always leave me satisfied."

"Grow Salon and Wine Bar is everything you could ask for - and more. Entering the salon doors, you’re greeted with friendly smiles, timely service, a beautifully-appointed and generously-sized waiting area, and of course plenty of wine options! The waiting area also has coffee and water options. Although I have not tried the wine, they also have these AMAZING non-alcoholic elixirs. I was curious about the elixirs, so they gave me a couple of samples. The elixirs are super delicious and the one I had was invigorating after a long day. Now to the hair service itself! The salon uses Oribe products, and if you’ve never been treated with these incredible products you’re missing out. There is no hard press to buy products, which I really appreciate. The stylists all seem very happy to be there, and it seems there is minimal turnover. My stylist, Katrina, is experienced, talented, positive, and does a consistently superb job on my short and wavy hair. She always takes her time to talk with me about my hair and what I want from the cut and style. I have been her client at Grow for nearly two years, and I’ve got no plans to go anywhere else! The leadership and staff at Grow Salon and Wine Bar operates with a culture of collaboration, learning, and excellent service in all areas. Get there as fast as you can!"

"Out of the almost 100 reviews on Google, I’ve only written 1 bad one. I’m super disappointed because I wanted to love this salon since it’s close to my house. My cut was perfectly done too!! However, I told her I wanted to go back to my natural shade/hair color. She said she recommended I go a little darker so I don’t come back within a week asking for a toner. I agreed because, what do I know about hair! Well, I left with it almost black (my natural shade is a medium to dark brown). I thought I’d give it the benefit of the doubt and give it a week to grow on me or fade. I used hot water and clarifying shampoo every single day. A week later, it’s still EXTREMELY dark. I tried to call to see if they would fix it for me but they said it’s outside of their policy for fixing something. I wouldn’t have a problem with this if I had known I had 2-4 days to make a complaint. I would’ve called sooner. I told them it would’ve been nice if my stylist told me that upfront in person since she knew she went darker than I wanted. They offered to do a treatment that could potentially lighten it a bit but it would cost me another $100 after the $400 I spent on the initial appointment…. I just said to cancel my future appointments. I’m not angry I’m just extremely sad because she didn’t tell me I had to live with this color for 6 months apparently??? she said it would fade in a FEW WEEKS. I’m going to have to either live with it or get it done by another salon. I’m so disappointed"
