"Spouses hair looked terrible. Almost like he didn’t even get a cut unless you looked at him from the back. Told them I wanted his face trimmed up, too. Apparently they don’t have razor service? Was charged $60 including tip and it was 100% not worth it."

I dropped by to see if I could schedule a haircut appointment and so pleased that I got an appointment that afternoon! Left my number with the owner and received a call shortly after by Katie who set me up for an appointment. She did a great job, love my new cut and will return to her next month for highlights. Im very picky and came from going to the same stylist for ten years out of state! So I am very pleased to give this review on a job well done."

"I love this salon! I’ve been going to Shaina for over 10 years now and she always does an amazing job. I couldn’t think of a better stylist to go to when I wanted to begin coloring my hair, more specifically wanting to try balayage. "I called this location to set an appointment to add layers to my vary flat hair, At first Katie, the woman to answer the phone was able to book me for a hair cut with her, Moments after she reached out and let me know she over booked and had to set me up with a different stylist, Sam. Once I arrived to my appointment the original stylist, Katie, said she was able to help me. That was my first red flag. Katie is nice but very new and also was I, due to not getting my hair cut very often and trying to understand the process. I showed her a picture of the layers I wanted. Once done with the layers I asked her to add a little bang to my face because I liked hers. I did asked to try not to frame my face with doing that. Once she finished I told her I would have to go home and wash and straighten it to feel it out because I already didn't feel much of a change with the haircut, she let me know to reach out if I needed her to correct anything. The haircut was very unnoticeable of the layers and the bangs were very uneven. It wasn't to my standards and vary unnoticeable. I reached out to Katie and asked if I could come back but have a new stylist fix my hair. She booked me a appointment with a new stylist, Brynn. Turns out, that at this location if you want your hair corrected by someone else or a senior stylist they have to charge you for a full price for a "new hair cut" because each one is independent unless you return to the original stylist. I did not want that, seems a little unfair. Brynn was vary firm and made it seem it was all in my head and wasn't understanding at all. It mainly seemed she was upset to have to clean up someone else haircut. She explained all she could do was even my bangs out and I had to returned to Katie for the rest or pay full price for extra layers added in. She be little'd me and because I'm new at this, I just took it. It was hard and I feel used because paid for almost nothing. I'm not asking for a freebie, I only want this to be known."
