"I was referred here from an old customer who used too go here for eyelash lifts, so I figured I would have a good experience with getting my eyelash extensions installed. After my first session, I noticed they looked good but were very flat so they looked like my normal eyelashes. I went back for a second appointment, when I had a conversation with my eyelash tech regarding my eyelashes not looking like the photo I used as reference. She explained she thought she could complete this look, but wasnt able too and agreed with what I was saying. Given this takes a long time, I didnt want a full refund but at least a majority back, given I wasnt given the look I wanted and wasnt made aware they wouldnt be able to complete the look until AFTER my second appointment. I figured since the eyelash tech agreed with everything I was saying, the owner wouldnt mind giving me at least a discount. Instead the owner follows too tell me they will not be giving anything back, and sent the picture she recieved, which was heavily edited including my eyelashes. Even though I sent my own photos, and let her know the eyelash told me she was not able to complete the look I wanted, the owner still refused to refund any of it. They offered me a free tan, but why would I want more service from the company I didnt have a pleasent experience with? I eventually did dispute it with my bank, but the conversation with the owner, and my over all experience was very unpleasant. Just too add in, even though I ignored these facts when discussing my refund, an eyelash got in my eye in the first appointment and was attempted to be removed with a tweezer. It then was left in my eye remainder of the session and left my eye irritated for days. My left eye as well lost almost 20 lashes in the first night which was another reason for me needing to return. I simply wanted a refund in the end because I wasnt given even close to my reference photo. My eyelashes as well did only last 1 week, if even. I will not be returning here and do not recommend for extensions. My response to the owner’s response: It will not allow me to respond to your message. I find your response very contradictive. Not only did the eyelash tech nonstop repeat to me she can not do a hybrid lash, she told me my eyelashes would be no problem what so ever due to the long length of them. You, the owner did not explain you simply dont offer refunds, you said you will not give me a refund due to the time the tech put into the service. Thank you for my second round to try to fix the first round when I wasnt given my wanted look, but would that not be a gvien? I lost almost all of the left eye lashes due to whatever reason, and they were long, but had little to no curl. It is laughable to say I did not have a mirror. Leaving the first appointment with irritated eyes, during the second appointment I held a mirror to my chest almost the entire end of the appointment to see them. Finally, why would I want another service when I was so dissatisfied with my first service? The other reviews mostly surround different services you provide, not lash extensions. As I said, I did already fix the problem with my bank, and I am very disappointed with my time and money spent there, as well as baffled the lies you just simply stated to try to invalidate my experience. I would give you zero stars if I was able too."
