"soba is the only one I have had good experiences with, she is very skilled and does a great job threading. my first experience was with the threader that sits in the back corner- I was left with cuts from the threading that were bleeding and visible on my face for a week after the appointment. the nail in the coffin for me was today when I had my eyebrows threaded by a new person. When I saw the final brows I asked her for some adjustments as they were not threaded as thin and shapely as I would like- I very kindly asked if she was able to clean it up a bit and was immediately met with her being defensive and refusing to shape them any further. I have had my brows threaded many times and this is the first time I have been refused a slight adjustment/cleanup of the final product. I will not be returning as I now have to go home and thread them myself following an appointment. update: I was issued a refund for this service without asking for one- thank you Austin Eyebrow Threading!"

"Great price, fast and do a great job. It might seem weird that it's in a HEB but it's not. If you've never done it before it hurts, but you become more immune over time. I switched from waxing to threading 5 years ago and have never gone back."
