"Upon arrival, we were not greeted. I looked around and a hairstyle who was busy, which is understood. However she didn’t acknowledge us nor did she ask us what we needed. I then asked if we needed to sign in or just have a seat. She then told us to have a seat. We instead left. To me, that is bad customer service. I work medical but even there - customer service is a priority. Customer service is super important to me."
